  • We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours exactly as they appear in person.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases where pricing errors have occurred.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.
  • All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
  • Taxes and duties may apply depending on your location and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times are 4–9 business days depending on your location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, cancellations are not possible.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • Used silicone ear tips and opened devices cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original sealed packaging.
  • To initiate a return or refund, contact us at support@earlio.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–10 business days of approval.

7. Warranty

  • EarVision products come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow the provided instructions.
  • To make a warranty claim, contact support@earlio.store with your order number and evidence of the defect.
  • We reserve the right to replace or refund the product at our discretion.

8. Product Use & Responsibility

  • EarVision products are intended for personal ear hygiene use only.
  • Always follow the instructions provided with the product and on our website.
  • Do not use the product if you have a perforated eardrum, ear infection, or any other ear condition without first consulting a medical professional.
  • We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse or failure to follow the provided guidelines.
  • EarVision is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions is the property of EarVision and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.
