We stand fully behind EarVision and back it with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you've given the product a fair shot and it's not delivering the results you expected, we'll refund your purchase — simple as that.

To qualify for our money-back guarantee:

  • Use the product for a minimum of 7 days
  • Get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order at support@earlio.store
  • Include your order number and a brief note on what didn't work for you

That's all there is to it. No hoops, no headaches. We'll review your request and get back to you within 48 hours.

Why 7 days? Because most customers start seeing real improvements with consistent use. We just want to make sure you've given it a proper chance before calling it quits.

14-Day Return Policy (Unopened Products Only)

Changed your mind before cracking it open? Not a problem.

  • Reach out within 14 days of delivery
  • The product must be unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging
  • Include your order number and proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, used silicone ear tips and opened EarVision devices cannot be returned.

A note on shipping: Our fulfilment center is based internationally. Return shipping typically runs between $10–30 and falls on the customer. That said, we often process refunds without needing the item sent back — just ask.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or isn't working as it should, contact us straight away at support@earlio.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or short video showing the issue

Once confirmed, we'll send out a replacement at no extra cost.

Product Use and Responsibility

EarVision comes with clear usage instructions both on our website and inside the product packaging. We are not liable for any issues, damage, or injury resulting from misuse or failure to follow the provided guidelines. Customers are expected to use the product responsibly. Any damage caused by improper use will not be covered under our return or warranty policy.

How Refunds Work

  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3–10 business days
  • Your bank may require a little extra time to reflect the credit

What We Can't Accept

Used ear cleaning tools and silicone ear tips cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order has already been shipped and is on its way, cancellations are not possible.

A Note on Chargebacks

We get it — sometimes things don't go to plan. But before raising a dispute with your bank, please reach out to us first. We're real people and we genuinely want to make things right. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us beforehand, we may contest it with order documentation.
